How do I add a widget to my home screen?

Long press on your home screen → tap the "+" button → search for "FurFrame" → select your preferred size and tap "Add Widget".

Why are my pet photos not showing?

Make sure you've granted photo library access to FurFrame. Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → FurFrame, and ensure access is enabled.

How do I set a Hero photo?

Tap on any pet photo in the app, then tap "Set as Hero". This photo will be featured prominently and used as the default in your widget.

What is StandBy mode?

StandBy mode displays your pet as a stylish clock when your iPhone is charging in landscape orientation (iOS 17+). Place your phone sideways while charging to see it!

How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Go to Settings → tap "Restore Purchase". Your Pro status will be restored if you've previously purchased.

Is my data private?

Yes! All photo processing happens locally on your device. We don't collect or upload any of your photos to any server.

FurFrame does not collect any personal data. All photo processing is done locally on your device. Your photos never leave your device and are never uploaded to any server. We request access to your photo library only to identify and display your pet photos.
